In this week's ScuttlePuck episode, Pete and Mike introduce two new, regular segments.
Around the League - a summary of the week's events, rumours and discussions from around the National Hockey League. This week we discussed the Rene Bourque trade from the Montreal Canadiens to the Anaheim Ducks for Bryan Allen. The rumours that the NHL would no longer go to the Olympics in favour of a World Cup. Brendan Gallagher of the Habs complained about being labelled as a diver by the referees.
Game of the Week Review - We both watch one NHL game during the week and then compare notes during the podcast. This week's game was Montreal Canadiens 4-1 win over the St. Louis Blues.
Also in this episode, Pete and I make our case for one the team we each believe is the best team in the NHL. Some interesting thoughts here - and we don't agree!
We also answer a question from a listener regarding the trades the Toronto Maple Leafs should or should not make.
Check it out!
