Thanks for checking out the ScuttlePuck hockey podcast!

Jan 12, 2015

In this week's episode of ScuttlePuck, Pete and Mike cheer Canada's victory in the IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship.

In Around the League, we analyze the Toronto Maple Leafs' firing of head coach Randy Carlyle.  Along with that came much discussion about Phil Kessel, his leadership and we discuss Dave Feschuk's question about whether he is uncoachable.

Matt Cooke cross checked Shea Weber in the face and immediately paid the price.

At the half-way point of the National Hockey League season, we give our surprise teams, good and bad and also give our predictions for each conference.  And lastly we give halfway point awards for the Adams, Calder, Hart, Norris and Vezina.

Tune in to find out our picks and feel free to email your own to scuttlepuck@gmail.com.
