Despite the first round of NHL playoffs being in full swing, the Edmonton Oilers managed to steal the headlines for a second week in a row as they hired Peter Chiarelli as President and GM. Will this lead to Mike Babcock moving to the Oilers? Kevin Lowe and Craig MacTavish are out...kind of.
